Miller Property Solutions, Inc., doing business as Lee Property Management is a privately held corporation specializing in the management of upscale residential property throughout the Lower Virginia Peninsula, including Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown, Newport News, Hampton, Poquoson, and Carrollton. Since 1994, our company has specialized in the management of rental homes located in both covenant-protected and non-covenant-protected communities across the Historic Triangle and surrounding Hampton Roads areas.

Founded originally by Charles R. Lee, Lee Property Management was acquired in 2008 by longtime employee, Carol Miller, following Mr. Lee's retirement.
In 2021, Chris Miller relocated from the National Capital region to join the company, working alongside Carol to continue the tradition of providing exceptional property management in preparation of the company's next chapter.
In January 2025, Chris purchased Lee Property Management, continuing its legacy as a locally owned and operated business committed to serving upscale and luxury communities throughout the Lower Peninsula of Virginia.
Today, we proudly manage nearly 200 residential properties, providing experienced, personalized property management services to homeowners, real estate investors, and tenants.
